What my Clients are Saying

As a dietitian, I specialize in giving busy parents the tools they need to teach their kids healthy eating habits that will help even extremely picky eaters!

FAQs

What age children do you focus on?

I work with parents of children from 4 months to 18 years old. The picky eating parent coaching group is for parents of any aged children, but is targeted at those with children from 12 months to 12 years old. From the ages of 10-12 years old, it is helpful to work with your child as well as you the parent, as at this age the child has more autonomy and the balance of feeding shifts, for this I always suggest individual sessions.

My child has an eating disorder, are you for me?

I work with children who have an ARFID (avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder) diagnosis, as well as those with sensory-related feeding struggles. If your child is struggling with a body image based eating disorder, I refer you to a dietitian who specializes in anorexia, bulimia, and other body-image based disorders.

What if your techniques don’t work for my family?

My main goal is to help you build a structure and reframe your definition of success when it comes to feeding your family. I want to work with you to use the strategies and techniques in a way that works for you and your family. It’s important to remember that success isn’t defined by your child eating, but by how you set them up for success.

Do you take insurance?

Right now we accept Aetna insurance and will provide comprehensive super bills to submit as out-of-network to receive reimbursement for your care with us.

How long does it take to tackle picky eating?

Clients working closely with me, and taking what you learn in membership into practice in the home, see the most success after 6-8 weeks.

Do you teach Baby led weaning?

I do! I work with parents on all kinds of food introduction to find the way that is best for you and your baby.
